Shanghai, China, September 11, 2019 — Guangxi Liugong Group Co., Ltd. (LiuGong) and Valvoline Inc. (Valvoline) held a signing ceremony in Shanghai to announce a global partnership. Mr. Zeng Guang’an, Chairman of LiuGong Group and Mr. Sam Mitchell, CEO of Valvoline, signed a memorandum of understanding, opening a new chapter of cooperation as Valvoline becomes the preferred provider of lubricants for LiuGong equipment outside of China.
